Contact for journalists and the media seeking information on the agency’s activities, initiatives and results. In particular, it handles interview requests, provides export press releases and helps the media to understand the actions taken.

Organising and managing the General Administrator’s diary, as well as planning and monitoring her appointments and meetings, both internal and external. It is the point of contact for any request for an appointment, solicitation or request addressed to the Administrator General.

AWEX’s legal department provides internal support to the Agency, particularly in relation to public procurement and regulatory compliance. It does not provide legal advice to external companies.

The Data Protection Officer ensures compliance with regulations on the protection of personal data. He deals with requests relating to the rights of the persons concerned.

The AWEX Complaints Department receives and analyses complaints about the Agency’s operations or services. It ensures that complaints are dealt with transparently and with a view to continuous improvement.
