Contact point for journalists and media representatives seeking information about the Agency’s activities, initiatives and results. The department handles interview requests, provides information and press releases related to international trade, and supports the media in understanding the actions undertaken by the Agency.

Organisation and management of the Administrator General’s schedule, as well as the planning and follow-up of her appointments and meetings, both internal and external. It serves as the contact point for any appointment request, enquiry or matter addressed to the Administrator General.

The legal department of the Wallonia Export & Investment Agency (AWEX) provides internal legal support to the Agency, particularly in matters relating to public procurement and regulatory compliance. It does not provide legal advice to external companies.

The Data Protection Officer ensures compliance with regulations relating to the protection of personal data. The DPO handles requests concerning the rights of data subjects.
